Led by clinicians who are also parents of children on the spectrum, our team offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and meaningful lived experience. We are guided by values, not volume, and measure our success by the impact we make on the families we serve. As a BCBA‑owned private practice, we keep caseloads intentionally small so care stays focused and personal. We use assent‑based practices that prioritize autonomy over compliance, ensuring every child feels safe, respected, and engaged in their own learning.
We believe ABA should be joyful and child‑led. Our sessions are structured around play and follow the learner’s interests to keep learning naturally motivating and meaningful.

Behavioral Connect was founded in 2023 by Vanessa Orozco, BCBA, LBA. Vanessa was first introduced to Behavior Analysis in 2013 when a loved one was diagnosed with autism and referred to an ABA clinic for services. She describes the years that followed as transformative, inspiring her to join the field as an RBT in 2019.
Vanessa has worked with children ages 2–18 across a wide range of abilities and strongly believes that equitable, individualized teaching is essential for meaningful learning. She became a BCBA in 2022 after earning a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M–Central Texas.
A native of Southern California, Vanessa has lived in Central Texas for the past 19 years with her husband of 22 years, their two children, and the family dogs. Her favorite pastimes include meditation, professional networking, and traveling.
